Sterling K. Brown goes shirtless on Ellen

He is known for his serious roles in This Is Us and The People V. O.J. Simpson, both of which earned him Emmys.

But on Monday’s upcoming episode of Ellen, Sterling K. Brown displayed his playful side for a skit that had him riding shirtless on a toy tractor.

The star wasn’t alone for his appearance, as his This Is US co-stars Mandy Moore and Milo Ventimiglia, also came out.

For his first time on Ellen, the talk show host wanted to make Sterling feel like ‘family,’ alongside his co-stars who have already appeared on the show.

‘Mandy rode the tractor. Milo was shirtless and so…what you’ll do is you’ll ride a tractor, shirtless,’ instructed Ellen.

The married father-of-two then walked over to the tractor and proceeded to remove his sweater.

After slightly struggling to squeeze into the toy vehicle, the star was on his way.

Sterling steered the vehicle towards his co-stars, and Milo helped him out of his seat so that he could sit on top of it. He was then on his way again.

In the opening of the show’s pilot, Milo’s bum was in full view of the camera.

During a Q&A for the show, an audience member asked Sterling if he planned on showcasing his rear in the upcoming season.

‘…I, uh, no,’ he began. ‘It’s too much. Like honestly I saw it one time and it’s so black and so full that the audience here would look like a lunar eclipse…,’ he joked.

In an earlier part of the show, Ellen gave Sterling the chance to finish his Emmy speech.

While accepting his award at the annual event, the star was cut-off by music in the middle of his address to the audience.

‘When you were accepting your Emmy, it seemed to me that the music started playing and that you weren’t able to say everything you wanted to say,’ she began.

All in playful fun: As he attempted to finish his address on Ellen, the host hilariously cut him off two times more using the same Emmy music

‘Seemed a little soon?’ asked Sterling, with a smile on his face.

‘…Is there anything that you wanna say know that you didn’t have time to say?’ asked Ellen.

‘ I, you know what, what I really wanted to recognize,’ began the star, before Ellen deviously turned on the famous Emmy music via an iPad.

His co-stars and the audience erupted in laughter. The actor attempted to start again, but was hilariously cut off again by Ellen.
